基于数控车床的平面二次包络蜗杆专用磨头设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于数控车床的平面二次包络蜗杆专用磨床的磨头设计。根据平面二次包络蜗杆的磨削原理及参数调整要求,在对专用磨头进行详细功能分析的基础上完成了结构设计,并对专用磨头的具体结构设计及调整方法做了详细说明。保证了在数控车床上实现平面二次包络蜗杆的磨削,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of grinding machine, which basic the NC lathe, design a special grinding head on plane-guadratic-envelop annular worm. According to the grinding principle and adjust requirement of plane-guadratic-envelop annular worm, and basic the function analyses of grinding head finish the structure design. Explain detaily about the grinding head structure design and adjust methord. Insure to finish plane-guadratic-envelop annular worm grinding on NC lathe and obtain a preferably effect.
