摘    要:针对MZGZ204磨床振荡部件用保持架在加工时无法保证尺寸精度及形位公差要求这一缺陷,对保持架加工工艺进行了改进,并设计了一套冲模装置,提高了保持架加工精度,保证了形位公差要求,为生产高质量轴承提供了保障,同时也节省了加工时间和加工费用。

Abstract:For this defect that the dimensional accuracy and geometrical tolerances of cage of oscillating parts for MZGZ204 grinding can not been guaranteed during processing in order to improve the cage processing accuracy,and ensure the shape and position tolerance requirements,provide a guarantee for the production of high quality bearings,but also save processing time and processing costs.
