| 摘 要： | 6306变速箱轴承在使用546h后发生振动和噪声增大现象。经过故障特征、理化分析后发现,轴与内套配合过松、使用过程中系统润滑不到位是导致出现以上问题的原因。

| Abstract: | After using 6306 gearbox bearing in 546h, the vibration and noise increasing phenomenon occurred. By the fault feature and the physical and chemical analysis, it was found that the shaft and the inner ring matched too loose and using the lubrication system was not in place of the actual, these were the reasons caused the above problems. |
