试论我国轴承行业的服务型制造模式

服务型制造是工业化进程中制造与服务融合发展的一种新型产业形态,是制造业转型升级的重要方向。我国轴承行业生产企业要探索从以加工装配为主向"制造+服务"转型,从单纯出售产品向出售"产品+服务"转变,从而延伸和提升价值链,提高全要素生产率、产品附加值和市场占有率。本文针对轴承行业的特点,提出了服务型制造的具体模式并进行了深入分析,为轴承行业未来的发展提供了参考。

Try to talk about China's bearing industry service-oriented manufacturing model

Service oriented manufacturing is a new form of industrial production and service integration in the process of industrialization, and it is an important direction of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. The bearing industry in our country should explore the transformation from processing and assembling to manufacturing and service ,from simply selling products to the sale of"product+service", to extend and enhance the value chain, improve total factor productivity, product added value and market share. According to the characteristics of the bearing industry, this paper puts forward the speciifc mode of service manufacturing and carries on the thorough analysis, which provides reference for the future development of the bearing industry.
