球轴承摩擦力矩测量仪的设计与应用

摘    要:为测量在不同载荷、转速等条件下球轴承的摩擦力矩特性,设计制造了球轴承摩擦力矩测量仪。介绍了测量仪的测量原理与技术方案。该测量仪模拟了轴承的载荷、转速、偏转力矩等工况,测量了轴承的摩擦力矩。对测量数据分析表明,该摩擦力矩测量仪能满足预定的设计要求,具有良好的稳定性,测量数据准确可靠,可为各种轴承摩擦力矩的测量提供准确的数据支持。

Design and application of measuring instrument for ball bearing friction torque
Abstract:For measuring friction torque under different condition of load and rotating speed and so on, a measuring instrument for friction torque of ball bearing has been designed and built. The principle of measurement, and technical proposal of the instrument are introduced. Tests which simulate working conditions of bearing loads, rotating speed and tilt torque conditions and so on for bearing friction torque were carried out. Results of tests show that friction torque measuring instrument can meet the intended design requirements, has a good stability, measuring data was accurate and reliable,so the instrument can provide precise friction torque data for some kinds of bearing.
