大中型航行器转动惯量测量系统的设计

摘    要:以大中型航行器为被测对象,设计了一套转动惯量测量系统。基于扭摆基本原理,构建了测量系统数学模型。介绍了转动惯量测量系统组成;对测试台总体结构和工作原理进行了详细说明;通过对测量系统误差精度的分析,得出实际工程中忽略系统阻尼影响的可行性。系统实际测量与理论计算结果对比表明,满量程测试精度优于1%。操作简单,维护方便,可对大中型航行器进行转动惯量的精确测量。

Abstract:Regarding the large aircraft as measuring objects,the oscillation period can be gotten through hanging oscillation,and the moment of inertia can be gained from some correlative numeration.The method to measure the moment of inertia is described and engineering errors are calculated and analyzed.Also several key aspects in designing such kind of mechanism are concluded.Results of engineering check with aerial bomb show that the structure can fully meet to the functional requirements and the full measurement precision can achieve more than 1%.It can make accurate measuring in testing the moment of inertia for various kinds of large objects.
