基于C8051F020的混凝土搅拌站控制系统设计

摘    要:针对目前分布式结构混凝土搅拌站控制系统的高成本、低集成和可靠性差等局限性,设计了一种集中控制的智能控制系统。采用紧凑式结构设计,提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力;充分利用高性能单片机C8051F020的内部资源,设计了SPI总线扩展模块、数据采集模块和硬件看门狗模块,降低了系统成本,具有很强的工程实用价值;相对以往的控制系统,添加了无线控制功能,增强了系统的操作灵活性。

Abstract:In order to avoid some drawbacks of the current controlling system for the distributed structure concrete mixing station,a kind of concentrated and intelligent controlling system is designed in this paper.The reliability and anti-jamming capability of the system is improved because of its compacted structure designing.On the basis of using the internal resource of C8051F020 full,the modules of SPI bus,data acquisition and watch dog are designed.The system has lower cost and important application value.Compa...
