| 摘 要： | 分析了虚拟企业与传统企业之间的差异和虚拟企业存在的不足，提出了文章讨论的重点：解决虚拟企业的安全问题和任务调度问题。为此，开发了安全智能管理Agent实现强身份认证和智能任务调度。并分别描述了安全智能管理Agent中各模块的功能和实现方法。
