摘    要:为避免线结构光测量中的干涉散斑噪声的影响,提出采用相干性低的 LED 光源的线结构光测量法,并搭建了测量系统。通过分析该方法在测量金属工件表面的条纹图像特点,提出了采用基于拉普拉斯金字塔的曝光图像融合方法来增强条纹图像质量。实验室环境图像的融合实验验证了该图像增强方法的可行性。最后完成了条纹图像的增强实验,结果表明,经 2 幅曝光图像融合后的条纹图的质量得到了提高,光条区的光强分布均匀,不存在明显的信息缺失区。

Abstract:To avoid the influence of interference speckle noise in line structured light measurement , a line structured light measurement method using low coherence LED light source is proposed , and a corresponding measurement system is developed.By analyzing the characteristics of stripe images on metal surface measured by this method , an exposure fusion method based on Laplace pyramid is proposed to enhance quality of stripe images.The feasibility of this image enhancement method is verified by fusion experiment of laboratory environment images.Finally , the enhancement experiment of stripe image is performed.The results indicates that the quality of stripeimage is improved by fusing the two exposure images.The light intensity distribution in stripe area is uniform , and there is no obvious information missing areas.
