一种自行走韭菜收割机的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一款小型化专用韭菜收割机。整机采用智能传感器与单片机进行信号传感及控制,对车身沿垄自行走、割茬高度自调节和边拢边割等功能实现进行了研究。运行结果表明,样机可实现0.41亩/小时的收割速度,有效提高劳动效率。

Abstract:A minitype special Chinese leek harvester was designed . Intelligent sensor andMCU were used for signal se nsing and control. The function implementation of automobile body walking along ridge automatically, cutting height self-adjusting, gathering and cutting at the same time was studied. The operation results show that the prototype can achieve 0.4 mu / h harvesting speed, and effectively improve the labor efficiency.
