| 摘 要： | 介绍了高速列车虚拟装配的研究意义及所用到的软件环境，针对某型CRH高速列车总装，阐述了应用先进成熟的数字化制造软件Tecno-matix进行整车虚拟装配的解决方案，并在此基础上对整车装配的某一关键工序进行了具体研究验证，对于在机车制造行业中推广应用虚拟装配技术具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper mentioned the signifi- cance of virtual assembly for the high - speed trains, and the software tool is introduced. Taking a certain type of CRH train assembly for example, we have described the application details of the advanced mature digital manufacturing software Tecnomatix for virtual assembly. Meanwhile, one of the key processes for CRH train assembly is verified and the results demonstrate that the virtual assembly technology can be wildly used in locomotive manufacturing industry. |
