摘    要:运用螺旋理论对于一种空间弱撞击对接机构进行传递功率分析,通过求解运动螺旋与力螺旋的互易积,来获知系统的传递功率,得出传递功率与空间弱撞击对接机构本身构型参数、对接环当前位姿信息及速度信息直接相关的结论。考虑到在不同尺寸构型、速度信息下的空间弱撞击对接机构的传递功率是不一样的,不能单纯通过传递功率来评价系统的优劣,因此提出瞬时能效功率比的概念,用以评价某一构型下空间弱撞击对接机构的传递效能,结合具体的算例对瞬时能效功率比进行求解,研究内容与结果为新一代的空间对接机构的性能指标参数优化提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The transfer power of a space weak impact docking mechanism is analyzed by using the screw theory. By solving the reciprocal product of the motion screw and the force screw, the transfer power of the system is obtained. It is concluded that the transfer power is directly related to the configuration parameters of the space weak impact docking mechanism, the current position and attitude information of the docking ring and the velocity information. Considering that the transfer power of space weak impact docking mechanism is different under different size configuration and velocity information, the system can not be evaluated by the transmission power alone. Therefore, the concept of instantaneous energy efficiency power ratio is proposed to evaluate the transmission efficiency of space weak impact docking mechanism under a certain configuration, and the instantaneous energy efficiency power ratio is solved with a specific example. The research contents and results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of performance parameters of the new generation space docking mechanism.
