摘    要:提出了一种上肢远程康复训练指导系统,为处于康复后期的患者提供远程康复训练平台。使用STM32作为终端控制模块处理器,控制康复过程中数据的采集、预处理及发送,使用Wi-Fi模块和MQTT协议,实现采集设备与云服务器的通信。对肌电信号时频域分析求出肌力值和肌肉疲劳情况,对姿态传感器信号处理求出关节活动度,用于对康复训练做出初步的康复评价,并通过Tomcat服务器,完成浏览器与云服务器的交互,在网页显示康复数据,实现远程监测康复训练、上传和查看康复评价等功能。

Abstract:This project puts forward the upper limb remote rehabilitation training system, which provides a platform for remote rehabilitation training for patients who are in the later stage of rehabilitation. In this paper, STM32 is used as the terminal control module ?to control the collection , pre-processing and transmission of data in the rehabilitation process.The recovery data is sent to the cloud server using Wi-Fi module and MQTT protocol. The time and frequency domain analysis of EMG signals are used to calculate muscle strength and muscle fatigue, and the attitude sensor signal is used to calculate the range of motion of joints, so as to make a preliminary rehabilitation evaluation for rehabilitation training . Tomcat server is used to complete the interaction between the browser and the cloud server, and the rehabilitation information is displayed on the web pages. Through web pages, doctors and patients can monitor rehabilitation training, upload and view the rehabilitation evaluation.
