大功率直流电机驱动电路的设计

摘    要:以N沟道增强型场效应管为核心,基于H桥PWM控制原理,利用光电隔离器设计了一种大功率直流电机驱动控制电路,该电路能够很好地满足直流电机正反转控制和调速的需要。实验表明该驱动控制电路具有结构简单、驱动能力强、功耗小和成本低的特点。

Abstract:This article base on H-bridge PWM control theory,with the core of N channel power MOSFET,make use of optoelectronic isolator design a high-power driver circuit for DC motor,the circuit could meet with the need of reverse rotation and speed regulation for DC motor.Experiments show that the drive circuit has characteristics of sample constraction,powerful drive energy,power consumption is low and cost low.
