摘    要:阐述了Hilbert-Huang 变换的基本原理,以实际的纱线信号为例,通过经验模态分解(EMD)将纱线信号分解成有限个固有模态函数(IMF),并求得纱线信号的Hilbert谱.结合分析纱线信号的波谱图和Hilbert谱图,判断出故障产生的原因.

Abstract:A new method of time-frequency analysis,the Hilbert spectrum analysis based on Hilbert-Huang transform is presented. The principle of the Hilbert-Huang transform is introduced at first.The original yarn signal is decomposed into finite intrinsic mode functions by empirical mode decomposition and Hilbert spectrum is acquired.The wave spectrum of original yarn signal,which is used frequently in textile enterprises,is analyzed and compared with Hilbert spectrum.
