摘    要:针对带式输送机输送带的跑偏问题,为提高其工作稳定性,分析了输送带的跑偏原因和常用的跑偏控制措施,提出一种跑偏控制系统的总体结构和功能。在此基础上,分别提出了跑偏检测装置和纠偏装置的设计方案,并对跑偏控制系统的逻辑控制策略进行了研究。

Abstract:Aiming at the conveyor belt deviation problem of belt conveyor, in order to improve its working stability, this paper firstly analyzes the deviation reasons of conveyor belt and the common deviation control measures, then puts forward the overall structure and function of the deviation control system, and on this basis, puts forward the deviation detection device and the deviation correction device respectively. The logic control strategy of the deviation control system is studied.
