摘    要:空间RCCC机构没有获得广泛应用的原因之一是传统空间机构解析方法的分析结果不直观、难以直接检验和不可靠。针对这种情况,提出了对机构位形作三维动态模拟的计算机算法。在此基础上在AutoCAD图形系统中编制出了相应的程序。模拟出的机构位形以三维实体方式绘制、同时在主视图、俯视图和东南轴测图中显示并可以用AutoCAD命令对其位形参数直接检验。

Abstract:One of the reasons why the spatial RCCC mechanism has not been widely applied is that the traditional analytical method of spatial mechanism is not direct visualized, hard to make direct inspection and unreliable. Aimed against this situation, computer algorithm for making 3D dynamic simulation on configuration of the mechanism was put forward. Taking this algorithm as a base, the corresponding program has been worked out in Auto CAD graphic system. The configuration of mechanism being simulated was plotted in the mode of 3D entity, displayed simultaneously on front view, top view and southeast axonometric drawing and being able to make direct inspections on its configuration parameters by the use of CAD commands.
