轻武器虚拟样机有效性研究

摘    要:虚拟样机是否有效是虚拟样机技术应用的关键问题之一.为了更准确地评价轻武器系统虚拟样机的有效性,运用相似理论和综合评价方法,从定性和定量两个方面对虚拟样机的可信度判定进行了深入研究.定性分析了轻武器系统虚拟样机和物理样机的相似特征,定量给出了虚拟样机和物理样机相似度的计算,其中确定权重时采用了客观赋值的方法.并以单兵自卫武器虚拟样机为例,验证了上述方法的正确性.这种虚拟样机的有效性研究对轻武器装备的设计和制造具有指导意义.

Abstract:Whether the virtual prototype is effective or not is one of the key problems of the application of virtual prototype technology. For the sake of evaluating more accurately the effectiveness of virtual prototype of light arms system, using similarity theory and method of synthetic evaluation an in-depth research was carried out on the reliability discrimination of virtual prototype ftom both qualitative and quantitative respects. The similar characteristics between the virtual prototype of light arms system and the physical prototype was qualitatively analyzed, the calculation of degree of similarity for virtual prototype and physical prototype was presented, in which the objective value assignment method was adopted while determining the weight. And taking the virtual prototype of the self-defending arms for single soldier as an example, the correctness of the above stated method was verified. The validity research of this kind of virtual prototype has a guiding significance on the design and manufacturing of light arms equipment.
