| 摘 要： | 根据轴流压缩机的运行特性及工况条件,用有限元法对大型轴流压缩机焊接机壳进行了动态特性分析,获得了机壳的各阶固有频率和振型,明确了焊接机壳的薄弱环节.通过热稳态及瞬态动力学有限元分析,得到了焊接机壳的温度、应力和变形分布云图,以及危险区域的瞬态应力和变形曲线.提出了焊接机壳的改进方案,通过分析比较取得了改进参数,并验证了其合理性.
