埋丝测试技术在蜗杆传动实验研究中的应用

摘    要:蜗杆传动的变形理论与实验研究,属于典型的复杂空间曲面的三维接触问题。作者首次使用埋丝测试技术,测试了蜗杆传动的接触应力。文中介绍了测试装覆、三维应变测试单元的制作和浇铸,并给出了实验测试结果。

Abstract:As a typical three-dimensional contact problem on space surface, the theoretical and experimental study of worm drive deformation is complicted. For the first time, the embedded-steain-gage techniqul is applied to the research of 3-D contact problem of worm drive. Not only the testing set, the making of 3-D sensor unit and the casting method but also the experimental results are presented is this paper.
