| 摘 要： | 应用Copula函数研究了某型装甲车传动箱的主动齿轮和被动连接齿轮的系统可靠性问题。首先利用威布尔分布确定了边缘分布,求出阿基米德Frank Copula函数并进行了验证,得出了系统的可靠度函数和失效率。

| Abstract: | The article researched the reliability of the drive gear and driven gear for armored vehicle mechanical system using Copula Function.The marginal distributions are obtained by using Weibull distribution and then the Archimedes Frank Copula function is determined and verified.At last the system reliability and rate of failures are deduced. |
