摘    要:建立了摩托车制动器操纵性能的分析和评价模型,提出采用优化设计和灵敏度分析的方法对摩托车手柄进行设计,分析了影响制动性能的手柄结构参数,建立了评价手柄操纵性能的数学模型。通过对手柄操纵性能的优化设计,解决了实际设计当中手柄设计的盲目性及设计效率低下的问题。

Abstract:The analytical and evaluation model for the operation functions of motorcycle brake was established,the method of adopting optimization design and sensitivity analysis has been put forward to carrying out the design on motorcycle handlebar.The structural parameters of handlebar that affect the braking functions was analyzed,and the mathematic model for evaluating the operation functions of handlebar has been set up.By means of optimization design on the operation functions of handlebar,the problems of blindness on handlebar design among actual design and low designing efficiency has been solved.
