基于图形单元技术的轴类零件的设计

摘    要:本文通过对机械产品轴类零件的分析提出了图形单元的概念,并提取出十三个具有特征意义的基本几何形和为轴类零件的图形单元,在AUTOCAD12.0上通过图形单元的自组织实现了方便和快捷的轴类零件的设计,通过图形单元的应用使得绘图和设计不是在点,线,圆弧等基本几何因素上进行,而是在更高层次上进行。实践证明,图形单元技术是合理和实用的。

Abstract:By way of the analysis on shaft typed parts in mechanical products this paper advanced the concept of graphic unit,and took the abstracted thirteen basic geometric bodies which possess characteristic meanings as the graphic units of shaft typed parts.By means of self organization of graphic units the design of shaft typed parts is achieved conveniently and quickly by the use of AUTOCAD 12.0 Draftings and designings are being carried out at a more higher level through the application of graphic unit instead of using basic geometric graphical elements such as point,line and are etc.Verification is made through practice that the technique of graphic unit is reasonable and practical.
