大规模定制下的参数化设计技术研究

摘    要:大规模定制环境下,改变参数化设计的流程,将产品的开发设计过程划分为创造性的详细开发过程和敏捷性的定制设计过程.利用广义模块化技术和全息建模技术构建产品族的主结构、主模型、主文档,实现产品的详细开发过程,利用基于知识的配置设计实现产品的定制结构,采用与数据库关联的整体控制局部的模块化变型设计方法实现产品的变型设计.实际应用表明模块化的设计方法、基于知识的配置设计和变型设计是实现大规模定制参数化设计的行之有效的技术方法,极大地提高了参数化设计的效率.

Abstract:Under the environment of mass customization,by changing the flow of parameterized design,to let the development designing process of product be reconstructed into the creative detailed development process and the agility customized designing process.By the use of generalized modularization technique and holographic modeling technique to setting up the main structure,the primary model and the master document of the product family the detailed development process of product was realized.By the use of knowledge based disposition design the variant model design of product was realized.By adopting the modularized variant model designing method with an overall control of the local correlated to the data base the customization structure of product was achieved.A practical application showed that the modularized designing method,the knowledge based disposition design and the variant model design are effective technological methods for realizing the mass customized parameterization design and enhanced greatly the efficiency of parameterized design.
