摘    要:针对板材横截锯优化下料问题,分析了求解该问题的分支定界算法、基因遗传算法的优缺点,并在此基础上提出了一种将丽种算法有机结合、各取所长的改进下料算法。实验证明,采用此方法编制的优化程序出材率比国外同类优化软件高2%~3%。

Developments and Programming of Improved Optimization Cutting Stock Algorithm for Board Cross-cutting Saw
Abstract:Based on cutting stock problem for board optimizing cross-cutting saw, advantages and disadvantages of the branch and bound algorithm and genetic algorithm for solving this kind of problem are introduced. Finally, in light of the above, a improved cutting stock algorithm is proposed with the advantages of two kinds of commonly used algorithm. The testing suggests the proposed algorithm is effective and meets the requirements of fast optimization time and fine results for optimizing cross-cutting saw and the utilization per cent is 2 - 3 percentage points higher than the utilization per cent of foreign similar optimization software.
