地铁防淹门机械式锁定装置控制系统的研究

摘    要:以地铁防淹门机械式锁定装置为研究对象,针对防淹门系统的特殊性能和功能要求,特别是系统安全、可靠性需求,研究设计了其控制系统,并基于SIMATICs7—200系列的CPU226PLC可编程控制器实现了该控制系统,进而实现了防淹门启闭运行过程中的自动锁定和自动解锁。已经成功把该控制系统应用于某地铁防淹门系统,达到了预期的功能要求。

Research on Control System of the Mechanical Locking Device of Metro Flood Gate
Abstract:The mechanical locking device of metro flood gate is taken as the research object. Aiming at the particular performance and functional requirements of the flood gate system, especially at system security and reliability requirements, the control system is researched on and designed. The system is carried out based on SIMATIC $7- 200 series CPU226 PLC and it realizes the process of automatic locking and unlocking in the opening and closing operation of the flood gate. The control system is successfully applied to a subway flood gate system which achieves the desired functional requirements.
