高精度接种机系统设计

摘    要:伴随着计算机技术的飞速发展,对原有的接种机系统进行技术升级,提出了数据采集、自动控制、运行监控、超限报警等方面的要求。接种机系统以料液作为被控对象,通过烟丝的重量来计算需要喷洒的料液量,采用成熟的PID控制算法,以西门子S7—200可编程控制器为控制中心,通过流量计、液位传感器、温度传感器等检测各个罐的液位和温度来控制上料泵和相关电磁阀的启停。设计并利用了触摸屏强大的显示功能和操作功能,以完成对生产现场的实时监控和报警。系统运行后,各项指标合格,达到了预期的效果,运行稳定可靠。

High Precision Vaccination Machine System Design
Abstract:With the rapid development of computer technology, the original vaccination machine system technology upgrades, puts forward data acquisition, automatic control, operation monitoring, overrun alarm requirements. Vaccination machine system to liquid materials as the controlled object, through the weight of computing needs to cut tobacco spray liquid materials of quantity, the use of sophisticated PID control algorithm. With Siemens $7 -200 PLC control center, through the flow meter, level sensor, the temperature sensor detection each tank of liquid level and temperature to control the feeding pump and related electromagnetic valve. The design and use of powerful touch screen display and operating functions, in order to complete the real-time monitoring and alarm on the production site. System after the operation, the indicators qualified to reach the desired effect, stable and reliable.
