摘 要: | 在轮胎动平衡测量的实际应用中建立起测量数学模型,为了给出数学模型中的系数参数,引入了最小二乘法的思想。根据最小二乘法的求解原理,建立了一种适用于方程组系数参数的拟合算法,在传感器测量标定的数据处理中加以应用,提高了计算精度。通过将其与一般算法的结果进行比较,体现了最小二乘法在标定计算中的优越性。

Measure Calibrating Based on Least Squares on Tyre Dynamic Balancing |

Abstract: | Variable measuring mathematical model is required in tyre dynamic balancing measuring, least squares method is introduced here with the purpose of giving the coefficient parameters of the equation set. Variable equation set fitting method is derived on the basis of least squares method principle. This method is applied in sensor measuring calibration to improve calculating precision. The least square method is compared with normal arithmetic to show its superiority. |
