初始电流过大问题的分析与解决

摘    要:针对某型产品初始电流过大现象,在排除产品组成部件故障的基础上,找出问题产生的原因是元器件之间参数不匹配和相互干扰所致,并分析了在低温和振动等严酷环境条件下故障率明显增高的原因,根据实际情况提出了完善变压器设计参数、优化生产工艺措施,解决了问题。

Analysis and Solution of Over Beginning Current
Abstract:The main problem is that the beginning current is too high. In the article, after excluding the parts of the product, the author points that the cause of the problem is that when design the product, the simplistic, ignore some parameter, not matching and interfere each other in the parts. Then the author analyses the reason of improving failure in the rigorous environmental conditions, such as low temperature and libration. At the end of the article, the author point that improve design transformer parameter, optimize producing technics action. At last, the problem is solved.
