摘    要:针对某矿业集团下属各矿使用量最大并主要运输煤矸石或矿石的1 t固定车箱式矿车车箱,以高强轻质为研究目标,根据矿车车箱在平巷运输轨道上减速制动碰撞这一危险工况下的受力情况,给出了具体的轻型化方案。在已减薄壁厚的矿车车箱最大变形位置处,采用2种不同形式的局部加强钢筋,进行车箱的局部结构优化,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS进行分析,最终证明光圆加强钢筋的形式为最佳优化方案。对矿用车辆的轻型化问题进行了有益的探讨,为矿车的轻型化设计奠定了理论基础。

Optimal design of a lightweight mine car coach based on ANSYS

Abstract:The box type mine car carriage car 1 t fixed in a Mining Group mine use the largest and main transport coal gangue or ore , with high light as the research object , according to the mine car carriage in road transport track braking collision force of this dangerous working condition , gives the light-weight concrete scheme .In reducing wall thickness of the mine car carriage maximum deformation position, using two different forms of local reinforcement , local optimization structure of the carriage , was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS , finally proved that light round steel reinforcement in the form of the optimal scheme .The light of mine vehicle was discussed , laid the theoretical foundation for the light-duty design of mine car .
