某型陀螺仪马达电源智能监控装置设计

摘    要:根据实际工程需要研制开发出了基于MSP430单片机和Host模式USB接口的陀螺电源智能监控装置,该装置可完全抛开上位机,自身独立完成陀螺仪产品进行测试和寿命试验时的电源智能监控、试验数据存储等功能。该文详细介绍了装置的硬件组成、调理电路设计、USB接口电路设计。讨论了噪声容限和电磁兼容等问题。给出了在MSP430系统中将USB存储设备组织为FAT32文件系统的方法和流程。经过试验证明,装置满足设计要求。

Abstract:To meet the demand of actual project,an intelligent monitoring and controlling device based on MSP430 MCU and Host-USB interface is designed for gyroscope motor power.The device can complete independently monitoring and controlling the power,memory the test data,and so on.In this paper,formation of the device,designing of conditioning circuit and USB interface circuit is introduced.Considering the noise margin and EMC is discussed.The whole design idea and the structure of the software are presented.Practical application shows the device is qualified.
