| 摘 要： | 针对石油化工专业群实验实训教学与科研的需要,设计出一种基于AC800F DCS实现过程控制的釜式反应器实训装置。利用该装置成功完成了邻氯苯胺的中试。实施结果表明,该系统提高了装置运行操作安全级别,使得实验实训更接近真实生产过程,为后续实验或工业生产设计提供可靠数据。

Application of AC800 F DCS in kettle-type reactor training device |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the need of petroleum engineering group teaching and research practice, the kettle-type reactor training device based on the AC800F DCS process control were given. By using the device the pilot-scale experiment of o-chloroaniline has been produced successfully. Implementation result shows, the system can not only complete the petroleum engineering group multiple training project, but also improve the security level of the operation. It makes the training more close to the real production process,and provides reliable data for design of experiments and industrial production. |
