抑制SnO2传感器温度干扰的研究

摘    要:环境温度的改变和传感器工作温度的漂移严重影响了SnO2类传感器的检测精度、稳定度以及重复性.采用数字PI算法,通过控制SnO2传感器内部加热电阻的功率,使传感器工作在稳定的绝对温度下,从而抑制了温度变化对传感器的干扰,提高了该类传感器的工作稳定性.通过对含有CH4气体检测的大量实验表明,该方法完全能够抑制环境温度变化对传感器的干扰,提高传感器性能.

Abstract:Any ambient temperature variation or the sensor's working temperature drift would have a bad effect on the sensing accuracy,stability and repeatability.By controlling the power of its internal heating resistance and applying the digital PI algorithm,the sensor can work at an invariable temperature,thus rejecting the temperature interference and improving its working stability.The experimental results from the CH_4 detection with the SnO_2 sensor prove that the proposed method can keep the sensor from temperature interference and enhance its performance.
