摘    要:针对不同厂商生产的现场总线设备,以Profibus-DP工控网为基础,探讨了现场总线的拓扑结构,分析了其通信机理和链接方式,并建立了基于PLC的主从站式控制现场总线网络.阐述了实现Profibus-DP变频器控制通信的原理及方法,并结合具体实例介绍了PLC之间以及和变频器的总线通信.

Abstract:The industrial process communication issue is a key problem for the integration of any fieldbus control systems. This paper discusses the fieldbus configuration and analyzes its communication principle and interlinkage mode based on an industrial Profibus-DP control network. The fildbus network is established on the base of the master-slave control of the PLC. The paper also expounds the realization of the principle and method of communication by means of an inverter and Profibus-DP.
