均匀控制在低温多效海水淡化装置中的应用

摘    要:针对低温多效蒸馏海水淡化装置中各效盐水液位存在大滞后以及强耦合等控制难题,研究并提出了一种新的控制方案,通过PID参数优化以及设置调节阀限位的方式成功实现均匀控制。控制方案既能控制各效液位在工艺允许的范围内,又保证了各效进水的喷淋量。该方案实施以来,系统稳定性好,便于维护,而且不需要额外的硬件投资。

Abstract:Based on the problem of large time delay and strong coupling of water level control in low-temperature multi-effect desalination unit. A new control strategy is proposed in this paper that average control can be achieved through optimization of PID parameters and setting the limit of control valve. Level of each effect can be controlled in permitted range and spray quantity of each effect can also be guaranteed. Since the implementation of the scheme the system is of good stability, convenient maintenance and need no additional hardware investment.
