摘    要:介绍了离心式压缩机产生喘振的现象和原因,阐述了在首套国产大型40 000空分装置中离心式空压机防喘振的方法及防喘振控制方案的措施.实践证明该控制自投运来从未发生喘振,运行安全可靠,这说明了控制方案是可行的,是值得推广的一种控制方案.

Abstract:This paper explains the causes of surges occurring in a centrifugal compressor, and expounds the anti-surge methods and measures for the centrifugal air compressor used in the first set of home-made large air separation unit up to 40,000 m^3/h. Actual application testifies that no surge has occurred since this control was put into use. The operation is safe and reliable, which proves that this control conception is feasible and worthy to be spread.
