摘    要:针对普通微波固体流量计无法准确测量烟丝这种非连续、非均匀的物料,接触式测量设备又会在烟丝的运输过程中损耗烟丝等缺点,该设计采用多普勒效应,以微波为波源,测得烟丝运送的实际速度。经过试验,基本完成了设计要求。

Abstract:General microwave flow meter can not measure the non-continuous,non-uniform materials as tobacco;and the contact-less measuring equipment damage tobacco during transport.With utilizing Doppler effect and microwave as wave source,the design measure the actual speed of tobacco.After tested,the design basically completed the design requirements.
