摘    要:针对目前国内流化床粗煤泥分选机排料堵塞及自动化控制水平低等问题,依据流化床粗煤泥分选过程中的流态化特性,应用S7-200系列PLC设计了流化床粗煤泥分选机的自动控制系统,实现了分选机性能及状态的在线实时监测、远程控制。实践结果表明:流化床层中形成了高度为200mm的矸石层、1800mm的过渡层和100mm的精煤层,系统运行稳定可靠,为粗煤泥高效分选创造了条件,该控制系统达到了预期效果。

Abstract:Automatic control system of fluidized bed coarse slime separator was designed by use of S7 -200 series PLC for resolving problems of discharging blockage and low level of automatic control ac- cording to the fluidization characteristics of fluidized bed of coarse slime separation. Online real - time monitoring and remote control of performances and state of separator were realized. The results indicate that the system runs stably and reliably and gangue layer with height of 200 ram, transition layer with height of 1 800 mm and clean coal layer with height of 100 mm were stratified in fluidized bed, which created conditions for highly efficient separation of coarse slime and a desired effect of automatic control system has been achieved.
