摘    要:该文针对传统电厂软化水系统工艺链复杂、运维操作繁琐、自动化程度低的特点,配合新建电厂软化水系统设计了一套软化水自动化监控系统,分别对反渗透和钠床两条工艺链进行了详细的工艺过程分析,制定了相应的控制方案,并重点介绍了该监控系统的硬件搭配、PLC程序设计以及上位机监控界面的开发过程。该系统已成功应用于内蒙古某新建电厂“反渗透+钠床”双工艺链的软化水处理系统中。截至目前,系统累计稳定运行1年左右,运行结果表明:控制系统稳定可靠,大幅度降低了运维强度和难度;在提高该系统自动化水平的同时,也为电厂其他车间运行实现无人值守提供了有效借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at the complex process chain,cumbersome operation and maintenance operation,and low degree of automation of traditional power plant softening water system,this paper designs a set of softened water automation monitoring system to cooperate with the softening water system of new power plant,and conducts the two process chains of reverse osmosis and sodium bed respectively.A detailed process analysis was made,a corresponding control plan was developed,and the hardware configuration of the monitoring system,PLC program design,and the development process of the host computer monitoring interface were introduced.The system has been successfully applied to the softened water treatment system of a“reverse osmosis+sodium bed”double process chain in a new power plant in Inner Mongolia.Up to now,the system has been operating stably for about one year,and the operating results show that the control system is stable and reliable,which greatly reduces the intensity and difficulty of operation and maintenance.While improving the automation level of this system,it also provides an effective reference for the operation of other workshops in the power plant to achieve unmanned or few people on duty.
