摘    要:由于某军区的供暖系统存在污染大、能耗高及供暖不稳定等缺点,设计引入了延伸预测法对该军区锅炉控制系统进行改造。利用先进IPC、PLC及工业自动化组态软件技术实现对锅炉的智能控制,研究并设计出运行状态和参数能够自动监测、自动控制,具有自动故障应急处理能力,高可靠性的供暖自动化监测控制系统。

Abstract:Due to the existence of a military district heating systems causing pollution,high energy consumption and heating instability shortcomings,the introduction of extended forecasting method designed for the military transformation of the boiler control system.The use of advanced IPC,PLC and industrial automation configuration software technology to the boiler intelligent control,research and design with the operational status and parameters can automatically monitor,automatic control,with automatic fault emergency response capacity,high reliability,automatic monitoring of heating control system.
