摘 要: | 介绍了激光干涉法测量误差的原理和误差分析方法,对数控机床的定位误差及反向间隙进行测量与补偿,可以显著提高数控机床精度。实验结果表明,本文所采用的方案正确、有效。

Enhancing the Precision of NC Machine Tool with Laser Measure |

Abstract: | The principle of error measure with laser interference was introduced; the error analysis method was also introduced. To measure orientation error and reverse clearance of NC machine tool and compensate them can remarkably enhance the precision of machine tool. The experiment results show the proposed method is correct and effective. It is worth to extend and use. |
