| 摘 要： | 采用机器视觉,设计了以在机检测的形式观察并研究积削瘤的实验方案,解决了传统方法中需要离线检测的问题,在车床上安装机器视觉装置来采集图像,使用图像相减法处理图像,得出了积屑瘤的面积与时间的关系,计算出积屑瘤的面积增长率。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an experimental scheme to observed and study on-machine measurement of BUE was designed based on machine vision.The problem of need under machine monitoring in traditional experimental scheme was solved.A machine vision system was installed on the lathe to acquire images.Image subtraction method was used to obtain the curve of the area of BUE with the time.The change and growth rate of the area of BUE was also obtained. |
