薄壁梁类零件加工方法探究

摘    要:薄壁零件由于存在加工过程中容易变形的特点,其加工精度经常难以保证。某机纵梁是典型的薄壁零件,零件结构复杂,表面皆为曲面,且存在大闭角,加工难度系数大。通过对该零件进行实际加工试验,总结出类似零件的加工方法。首先,对零件特点及技术难点进行分析。其次,制定合理的工艺方案,并对数控机床及刀具的切削参数等影响因素进行改进。最后,试验表明,通过上述方法,可以有效提高零件表面加工质量,并将零件实际壁厚公差控制在±0.2 mm,符合零件的交付依据。

Study of thin Walled Beam Parts of the Processing Methods

Abstract:Thin wall parts easy to deformation in the machining process, the machining accuracy can not be guaranteed.A machine rail is the typical thin-walled parts, parts with complex structure, is a curved surface, the presence of large angle closure, processing difficulty coefficient. Through actual machining test to the part, summed up the processing method of the similar parts. Firstly, the c haracteristics of the parts and technical difficulties analysis. Secondly, a reasonable processing plan, and the CNC machine tools and cutting parameters are improved. Finally, experiments show that,through this method, can effectively improve the surface quality of the parts,and the parts of the actual wall thickness tolerance is controlled within 0.2mm, consistent with the delivery according to the part.
