摘 要: | 为了改善发动机缸体与悬置的配合性能,减少缸体悬挂凸台的失效几率,分析了缸体悬挂凸台的失效原因;通过有限元方法计算出悬挂凸台强度,提出悬挂凸台的优化设计方案;并利用CAE对比分析得出优化方案,优化后的缸体悬挂凸台在实际工况下取得了较好的实用效能。

Abstract: | In order to improve performance of block and suspension and decrease the failure probability of block ribs,analyzed the root cause of block ribs failure;Calculated intensity of block ribs and brought the optimized proposes using the finite element method,the optimized design ribs was analyzed and compared using CAE tool,and good practicable performance shown in the work condition. |
