点火角对小排量增压汽油机燃烧特性的影响研究

摘    要:对465Q汽油机进行废气涡轮增压改造,研究点火角对增压后发动机燃烧特性的影响。随点火角的增大,缸内最高压力和压升率峰值都增大,其对应的曲轴转角提前,燃烧循环变动改善;每个工况下,都存在一个最佳的点火角,使发动机的功率最大,燃油消耗率最低。在最佳点火角附近,点火角每调整5°,动力性和经济性变动幅度在4%左右。

Small Output Volume Supercharged Gasoline Engine Combustion Performance Changes with the Angle of Ignition Advance

Abstract:A reform of the exhaust turbine supercharged with 465Q gasoline engine,then research the supercharged engine combustion performance changes with Angle of Ignition Advance.With the angle of ignition advance increasing,the max cylinder pressure level and the max pressure rise rate increase,the correspondent crankshaft angle in advance,Combustion cyclical variation improve;In every working condition,have an optimum ignition advance angle,make the power maximum,the effective of fuel consumption lowest.Near the optimum ignition advance angle,ignition advance angle change 5°,the engine power performance and the fuel economy change 4%.
