摘    要:针对航空发动机叶片的断裂故障,采用x射线衍射法对叶片进行残余应力测试。分析了叶片表面不同部位残余应力随工况的变化规律,探讨了运用残余应力评定叶片质量的安全评定技术,为有效控制叶片断裂故障的发生提供了新的途径。

Abstract:To the fracture breakdown of aero-engine blades, the residual stress testing on it with X-ray diffraction method is carried out. Under various working status, the change laws of the residual stress on the surface of blade are analyzed. The technology using residual stress to evaluate quality of blades is discussed. A new way to control effectively the fracture breakdown of blades is acquired.
