| 摘 要： | 加工仿真可有效地检验和分析零件的可加工性及加工工艺的合理性,可在计算机内形象、直现地模拟机械加工的全过程.利用PRO/E软件,对Mikron UCP810 DURO高速加工中心进行建模,并将建好的机床模型导入VERICUT软件,进行加工仿真,并加工出两种零件实物.

| Abstract: | The whole machining procedure can be simulated visually with machining simulation method,which can check and analyze the machining ability of part and the rationality of the process effectively.In this paper,the 3D model of MIKRON UCP800 DURO high speed machining center is built based on PRO/Engineer software,and the model is transferred into VERICUT software and machining NC simulation is made in VERICUT.At last,two kinds of workpiece are made on MIKRON UCP800 DURO high speed machining center. |
