摘    要:利用高速陶瓷电主轴单元、直线电动机等设计集成了一套基于PMAC-PC的高速精密数控磨床系统,并用来进行陶瓷套圈内圆表面的磨削实验研究。在磨削实验过程中对砂轮电主轴进行了振动测试和分析,分析了影响陶瓷套圈内圆表面磨削质量和磨削效率的主要因素,加工出了高精度HIPSN陶瓷零件。通过实验验证了本磨床系统的稳定性,利用该磨床系统能实现HIPSN陶瓷零件的高速精.

High-speed Internal Grinding for HIPSN Rings Based on PMAC-PC System

Abstract:A new high-speed precision grinding machine based on PMAC-PC control system has been developed, which is equipped with a high-speed ceramic bearing motorized spindle and linear motor. Extensive experiments of grinding ceramic have been performed with this new machine to investigate the influence of various process parameters for grinding surface quality and effciency. The performances of the CNC grinding machine tool have been evaluated using vibration tests and the grinding of ceramic rings. It has been shown that this grinding machine based on PMAC-PC system is very stable, and capable of realizing the high-speed and precision internal grinding of ceramic components.
