| 摘 要： | 对茂名乙烯超高压压缩机的填料盘异常磨损和开裂进行分析和计算,发现填料盘的磨损是由于填料盘在工作时有微动磨损而引起的,并且造成填料盘微动疲劳,形成微动疲劳裂纹。

| Abstract: | In this paper,analysis is done to the wearing and cracking of packing cups of hypercompressors in Maoming Ethylene Industrial Company.The problem is found to be caused by fretting wear during operation, which results in fretting fatigue so that fretting fatigue crack is formed. |
