基于模糊理论和数理统计的压煮器检测周期预测模型

摘    要:压煮器是氧化铝生产关键压力容器,其在高温、中压及强碱等恶劣工作条件下运行,必须定期进行检验。为了准确给出检验周期,结合模糊理论和数理统计,建立以压煮器综合安全评价指数为关键因子的检测周期预测模型。通过一个检验周期的运行表明,本模型预测周期较好保证了设备安全和生产最大经济效益。

Abstract:The key pressure vessel of alumina production process is the digestion autoclave, and the use of environment is very severe under the high temperature, middle-pressure and strong alkaline, so it must be inspected in period. In order to give the accurate inspection period, the inspection period forecasting model is established by the integrated security evaluation index of digestion autoclave combined with the fuzzy theory and mathematical statistics. The example shows that the model is lean model and production enterprises get both equipment safety and maximum economic benefit.
